We want an individual who hates inefficiency, but is brilliant at working with rule breakers. They must be obsessed with detail, but able to be flexible. Someone who is addicted to organisation, but plays nice with creatives. A person that will go the extra mile for our clients, but also for our team. Someone that will take control of absolutely everything, but in a nice way. A person that rages internally if things are chaotic, but that smiles and laughs anyway. Someone who has unique individual skills, but that wants to work with a brilliant team.
