Highland Titles Rebrands

After several years of working with Highland Titles, we jumped at the opportunity to rebrand them with a new logo and accompanying collateral.

The logo combines the contemporary with the classic to create a sense of heritage and heraldry. The monoline geometric shield form contains a Highland skyline and is tipped by a square, a reference to the plots that HT sells. 

The wreath and crown give a sense of status and position that comes with HT’s offering and the transitional typeface is the perfect blend of contemporary sans and classic serif, ultimately forming a crisp and clean marque with a strong narrative and sense of history.

The business lends itself to wide-ranging collateral, from certificates to tickets, social media to memorabilia. G . F Smith Colorplan stocks are used at various points, with white ink and gold foiling.
