What makes Potting Shed tick? At the heart of this is our Why but for us to get to that we have to understand our How. How do we what we do and how it drives us?
How No.2: We Evolve Constantly
The only thing that’s certain is that everything will change: standing still isn’t an option. We explore, adapt, and evolve in order to stay ahead.
We’ve never been afraid to try new things, in fact by choosing to reach out of our comfort zone and challenge ourselves we’ve seen significant shifts in our business and service offering. In recent years this has been photography, film, music, animation and 3d work (some of which have become major parts of our business) but tomorrow it could be ai, app development or augmented reality. One thing is for certain, we will never blindly follow the crowd or our competitors, we will choose our own path into the future, we will take risks, fail, learn and become all the better for it. It is our desire to stay uncomfortable and on the move. Evolving is not just about what we do, it’s who we are. As a studio, we deliberately create the culture we want. Our team actively pursues the kind of workplace relationships and environments that we individually dream of.
We’re tweakers, so get used it, we love to come up with “better ways” of doing things, sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t, but often, it is the willingness to grow personally and professionally that has a bigger cultural impact than any process ever could.
