A Brand with Sole

Ocean was the first of two restaurant re-design jobs we undertook for Fermain Valley Hotel at the same time. Although part of the hotel both the venues are very much stand alone offerings. This new dining experience is a homage to fresh, local seafood, set in the rustic surroundings of the interior and nestled in the beautiful Fermain Valley.

Their ethos is to provide incredible food, sustainably sourced, at fantastic value in a location that will allow you to drift away in comfort.

The brand approach was to create and clean and crisp aesthetic that mirrored the modern culinary approach of the venue whilst being versatile enough use in touch points throughout the restaurant in different hues and scales. This was then supported by a suite of advertising that, using the stunning botanical illustrations of  Debbie Mason, spoke intelligently of their produce and how it is sourced and prepared.
