Potting Shed is looking for a rare individual to join our Jersey or Guernsey studio.
We want someone who makes things happen – seamlessly, creatively, and with care.
Someone who loves to plan and manage creative projects and can help us bring brands to life across social channels.
A person who knows how to build timelines, manage clients, brief designers - and then switch gears to write, schedule, and monitor social content that connects.
Someone as comfortable with spreadsheets as they are with Instagram. As fluent in deadlines as they are in captions. As passionate about people as they are about process.
We want someone who can keep things organised without killing creativity, who can bring calm to chaos, and energy to everything.

1–2 years of relevant experience an advantage.
